When you request service, a quote, or a call back through any lead form on our website (including booking forms, the Contact page, the commercial service request form, the preventive-maintenance inquiry form, the free checklist download, and the careers application), we collect the information you enter, which may include:

• Service Address (street, city and ZIP code where the appliance is located)
• Appliance Details (appliance type, brand, model number, the issue you describe, and any preferred appointment date or time)
• For commercial requests: business name and, optionally, a purchase-order number
• For job applications: work history and the details you choose to share

We also automatically receive standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL and the date and time of your visit. This information is collected through the cookies and analytics tools described in Section 4.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Our services are intended for adults and businesses.

We use the information you submit solely to:

• Schedule, confirm and perform appliance repair, installation and maintenance appointments;
• Provide quotes, diagnostic results and repair estimates;

We do not sell, rent, trade or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We never use your data for any purpose unrelated to providing and communicating about appliance repair services.

We share information only with service providers who help us run our business and only to the extent needed to do so — for example, our email delivery provider (to send you booking confirmations), our website hosting and database provider (to store form submissions securely), and payment processors if you pay by card. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, employees or the public.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of our advertising:

• Google Analytics 4 — standard web analytics that report anonymous, aggregated information such as pages visited, time on site and the general region visitors come from.
• Google Ads conversion tracking — when you arrive from one of our Google Ads and then submit a form, call us or download the checklist, a conversion cookie lets Google Ads tell us that the ad led to that action. This helps us measure ad performance; it does not give Google access to the details you type into our forms.

• Deletion: you may ask us to delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law or to honor an active warranty.
• Marketing opt-out: every seasonal email contains a one-click unsubscribe link; you may also reply STOP to any text message or simply tell us by phone.
