I had the pleasure of allowing Les to work on my Whirlpool Washing machine. I really appreciate the fact when I spoke with him on the phone earlier today that he was able to give me a quote before actually coming where there's a lot of people would not. I initially spoke to him around 2:00 p.m. and he was able to come to my house to provide service around 4:00 p.m. so that was a speedy turnaround where everyone else is telling me they couldn't make it out till monday. Once he arrived he was able to bring his equipment & might I add it was raining very hard and he still made it a point to come here without canceling on me and when after 45 minutes of getting a better understanding with the issue he called reinforcement and another team member to come in to assist in helping Les. They were able to use my same equipment and fix machine and only charge me for the labor which was even less than he quotes me. We even got a few laughs in while he was working on my machine. They also took the time to educate me on other things that might be going bad in future but there's no sense of urgency at the moment so I thought that was very kind of them. I'll sure use them in the future if needed!
